Dr. Lukas Kollmann
Lukas Kollmann advises both private persons and corporate entities in all fields of criminal law, with a particular focus on asset, corruption and commercial criminal law (criminal compliance and white collar crime), as well as extradition law. Additionally, he represents private parties and victims. He can draw on more than 20 years’ worth of experience in interacting with various investigative authorities and criminal courts. Lukas Kollmann is an active lecturer and publisher, including a position as university lecturer at the University of Vienna’s faculty for criminal law and criminology.

Mag. Philipp Wolm
Philipp Wolm defends private persons and corporate entities in a multitude of spectacular criminal trials. He has been appointed as criminal defense attorney in numerous high-profile criminal cases that have received media coverage and he regularly comments on current criminal law issues in both print and television media. Aside from his lecturing and publishing activities, he is also the president and an executive board member of the Association of Austrian Criminal Defence Lawyers (VÖStV).

Mag. Miriam ASTL
Attorney
Mag. Miriam Astl has been an attorney-at-law, registered with the Vienna Bar Association, since 2020 and has many years of experience in the areas of white-collar crime, criminal law, and compliance. Prior to this, she gained experience in renowned international law firms in the areas of corporate, finance and (civil) litigation. She joined the team at Kollmann Wolm Attorneys-at-Law in July 2024.
Mag. Franz HUFNAGL
Attorney
Mag. Franz Hufnagl studied law at the Universities of Vienna and Oslo. He gained experience at the Central Public Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption and the Public Prosecutor’s Office in St. Pölten, as well as working as an associate at commercial law firms. He joined Kollmann Wolm Attorneys-at-Law in June 2023 as an associate and is working as an attorney-at-law, registered with the Vienna Bar Association since March 2025.
Dr. Rafael NAGEL
Attorney
Dr. Rafael Linus Nagel has relevant professional experience in all areas of criminal law. He began his career as an university assistant at the University of Vienna at the Institute for Criminal Law and subsequently worked at a renowned international law firm. He joined the team at Kollmann Wolm Attorneys-at-Law in October 2022 and has been an attorney-at-law, registered with the Vienna Bar Association, since October 2024.
Mag. Roman VALACH
Lawyer
Roman Valach has been admitted to the Austrian Bar as an attorney-at-law since 2024. He worked for five years in the real estate pratice group of a leading international law firm, where he advised on major real estate transactions. He went on to complete a postgraduate LL.M. programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science in London/UK. Since November 2025, he has been part of the team at Kollmann Wolm.
