Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

Kollmann Wolm Rechtsanwälte is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on Barrier-Free Access to Websites and Mobile Applications of the Federal Government (Web Accessibility Act – WZG, Federal Law Gazette I No. 59/2019 as amended).

This accessibility statement applies to the following website:

www.kw-anwaelte.com

Status of compliance with the requirements

This website is largely compliant with conformity level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” as well as with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) pursuant to Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

Incompatibility with accessibility provisions

  • Embedded third-party content (e.g., pop-ups, widgets, or iFrames, such as map views, analytics or form tools) may not be fully accessible with screen readers in some cases or may not be operable exclusively via keyboard.
  • A few areas of the website have a lower contrast ratio between text and background. This design choice was made in line with our corporate design in order to preserve the firm’s visual identity. We are aware that this may constitute a limitation for users with visual impairments and are striving to achieve a balanced relationship between design and accessibility in future adjustments.

Disproportionate burden

At present, no content is exempt from accessibility requirements due to disproportionate burden.

Content that does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions

Certain older PDF documents that were originally created only in printed form, and for which the digital accessibility features have not been fully preserved, do not fall within the scope of the directive.

Preparation of the accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 04 December 2025.
The assessment of the website’s compliance with the requirements was carried out in the form of a self-assessment and an additional external review by the web developer on the basis of WCAG 2.2 using the online tool (WAVE – webAIM).
